Total cooking time: ~25 minutes


    Making the chilli:
  1. Dice onions and garlic, and brown with olive oil in large pot on high-medium.
  2. Add the mince and break down with wooden spoon, add salt and pepper and cook until just browned.
  3. Add diced tomatos and passata, mix and add spices.
  4. Drain and wash beans with sieve, add to pot.
  5. Add more of spices if needed, to adjust to your desired taste
  6. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes
  7. Warm tortillas in oven/microwave, serve with desired additions
